Pros: Great people and atmosphere.
Great way to get your foot into a larger company.
In a world of contract engineering, this company sets itself apart by offering great medical and 401K with a decent salary.
Cons: Lack of work, layoffs. Some are released and rehired a few times. This can be stressful. Unfortunately, if you are put on-site with one of their customers, you don't receive all the perks of working at that location.

Pros: At first glance, they are a flexible company.
The paycheck didn't bounce.
I wish I had more good to say.
Cons: Management is more concerned about their bonuses than their employees' ability to have a life outside of work. Management will also drive entire business units into the ground to make their point, at the expense of everyone.
