I applied online. The day after, I received a call from their recruiter, who explained the position and asked about my background and experience. Before we even finished our conversation, I received a rejection email stating they wouldn't be considering my application further. After that, the recruiter told me she would pass my information to the hiring manager. Very unprofessional. Stay away, guys!
