Had a Skype interview a week later with the technical lead. The interview lasted about 80 minutes.
It was a challenging interview, mostly behavioral, although not with the usual questions one might expect. The first 20 minutes were spent asking about the format of my resume (to see how defensive one gets).
The interviewer didn't hesitate to give feedback, both negative and positive, then and there.
Tip: Be open to constructive criticism and need to think on your feet.
This was a different kind of interview as opposed to those where standard behavioral questions were asked. I must admit, I had fun giving this interview.
Invited for an on-site interview at the end of the Skype conversation. Waiting for that.
One technical question based on sizeof pointers.
c char *p = NULL;
What is sizeof(*p) and sizeof(p)?
