Pros: My supervisor is very kind, not to mention a great mentor. I pick up many technical knowledge and soft skills from them.

Cons: Dell's hardware engineer office (more like a storeroom) is smaller than a prison cell. If you have allergies or sinus issues like me, good luck. The dust is ggwp. Dell's internal network for staff is worse than Indonesia's Telkomsel. Dell's salesmen treat hardware engineers like trash, and us interns even more so. We interns have to help reply to sales emails. WHAT THE FIRETRUCK, right? It's so bad that when I ended my internship, my supervisor left Dell as well. Oh W(D)ell.

Pros: There isn't much to feel good about.

Cons: The major downside is management taking employees for granted. Even after working 4 years, there has been no salary hike, and discussions with management end up with the comment that employees are free to resign and look for another job. This is very disrespectful to contributing employees, with no efforts seen for retaining talent.
