There isn't much to feel good about.
The major downside is management taking employees for granted.
Even after working 4 years, there has been no salary hike, and discussions with management end up with the comment that employees are free to resign and look for another job.
This is very disrespectful to contributing employees, with no efforts seen for retaining talent.
