Process
I was referred to Dell, and after my resume was shortlisted, they arranged for a technical evaluation.
The technical round was conducted via telephone. After I got through, they arranged for a face-to-face round with the Hiring Manager. This was followed by an HR discussion and salary negotiations.
The whole process took around two weeks. The interview questions were pretty standard, and the overall difficulty level of the interview was easy.
