Pros: Wyse Technology is acquired by Dell. Hopeful to find a new center head and remove all old timers who spoil the environment.

Cons: Bad leadership team. Only old timers get promoted. Dirty politics by management. People are cornered and asked to go. Very bad work culture. The place is always under renovation. 200 people sit in a 60-seater office. Resources are treated very badly, and managers do not have any prior managerial experience. Most of the work is carried out by contractors, and products are built using outdated technology. The center needs to be moved to the main office and a new site head identified. Most activities in the office are unethical.

Pros: A nice place to work, employee friendly, with good benefits.

Cons: Nothing to say as of now.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Managers are supportive. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons: Could improve benefits, such as PTO rollover policy. There is no education assistance program that I am aware of. There are a lot of good internal trainings, though.
