Pros: Large teams, friendly people, slow-moving large organization. You don't have to work late at night or on weekends.

Cons: The dress code was strict for the team I worked on, requiring shoes and dress clothes every day. The company's design guide is very limiting and outdated, which kills creativity.

Pros: - Recognizable brand name company that makes it easy to get another job. - Lots of work to be done, as there are a lot of modernization efforts.

Cons: - 80% of the work is done by 20% of the people. - Upper-level executives are absolutely clueless and assign resources to teams that are better at marketing versus teams that are actually solving engineering problems. - Pay is below average. - The environment is more or less an anything-goes type environment. People can say and do whatever they want without any reprimand. I've seen things like managers making jokes about women's appearances and making fun of people because of their religion or age, and much more.

Pros: Flexible hours, lots of opportunities internally.

Cons: Too big of a company, things move slow.
