In Bangalore, there are at least four branches I know of. The one I interviewed at was for Embassy Golf Links (behind McAfee).

Dell is a huge brand, standing high in general and with recent acquisitions as well. The infrastructure of Dell offices in Bangalore is excellent.

Despite its high profile, the Bangalore branches are turning out to be carefree, perhaps due to a new set of people putting their settlements in this company with their seniority.

To begin with, I heard feedback from friends that these interviews are turning out to be a "fish market." They conduct interviews year-round and outsource to various consultancies for contract-to-hire roles predominantly.

The managers and technical round interviewers take candidates for a ride as they bring in candidates year-round.

I was interviewing for a QA position, but the final manager round interviewer asked me development questions. I heard he hasn't selected any candidate for the last three months.
