Process
A face-to-face, on-site interview was conducted for 30 minutes by a Project Manager. Questions were asked about my resume and technology.
Following that, a 1-hour phone interview was held with a software manager from India. This interview consisted of 100% deep technical programming questions, covering basic to advanced topics with both breadth and depth.
Five days later, a third phone interview was conducted with a principal engineer from the US. This lasted 30 minutes and included the same deep technical questions.
