The interview process is one of the worst at Dell. The first round was telephonic, where I could hardly understand the voice or the way questions were asked. Although I cleared that interview, for the second round, they asked me to come to the office only during office hours, between 10 AM and 4 PM, and that too on the next immediate working day. After reaching Dell for the face-to-face interview, the panel was very unprofessional. Two interviewers came without any preparation or questions. During the interview, they both started discussing what they needed to ask next. After each question, I could only follow up with "How?" The panel didn't even know the details and simply asked "How?" After a while, one of them asked me to write the Fibonacci series. I wrote the program recursively, and then he asked me to write the same with a loop. Once I wrote that, I started with the pros and cons of both codes. Both interviewers looked uninterested in my explanation and started discussing with each other. I felt it was very unprofessional and looked like the interviewers didn't have interview-taking ethics.
After each question, the sequenced question is HOW?
