HR was very informative and quick to set up interviews. They overcommunicated about the process and shared as much as they could about the timelines. They focused on promoting what a good company and environment it was to work at Dell.

Once I got to the manager interview, he mentioned he recently joined Dell as a Professional Services Delivery Manager and is in the process of building out his team. The interview was one hour long, where I walked through the high-level methodology and design considerations of building a complete 5G network (as much as could be covered in an hour).

The manager had a RAN background and had previously worked at T-Mobile and Sprint as an RF Engineer. While most of his experience was limited, he asked some high-level questions. If you were planning to deploy 5G service in a new city, where would you start?
