Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
I applied through an online process. It took a week to get a call.
The interviewer looked very unprofessional. He was looking at the computer screen, perhaps searching for questions.
While I was trying to answer, he looked uninterested and was looking outside, never looking at me.
It seemed the position was already filled, or he was not interested. Very unprofessional behavior.
