Pros: If you don't work, no one cares. No one dares to put you under pressure, as Dell has a review system for managers by employees. Managers will behave. You will be appreciated on a cycle basis. Not much work needs to be showed off.
Cons: If you work, you will be assigned a hell of a lot of work. And you will be recognized on a cyclic basis along with others who don't work. Poor leadership team, always gets afraid to tell Dell's survey. Poor salary structure.

Cons: The technical growth here is limited. There are no onsite opportunities, as it is a product development company. Things become stagnant after a point in time.
