I have three rounds of interviews.
There are two technical rounds and one HR round.
The second technical round is with the client. The final round is the HR round for salary negotiations.
In the technical rounds, expect basic and scenario-type questions.

* Work-life balance
* Work from home is allowed, with very flexible timings
* Freedom for research and development
Cons: 1. Too much work.
2. Process-oriented, which sometimes increases your frustration level.

Very Poor Place to Grow

Pros: No work pressure because there is no work to challenge you.
Flexible working timings; people used to come at 11 am and go home at 6 pm, again because of a lack of work.
Good pay if you are a Dell employee.
Cons: Very limited growth opportunity. As at the Dell India R&D center, work is only in the storage domain.
If you are a developer, then this company is not for you at all. For developers here in Dell India R&D, only third-class maintenance work is available.
Work is only there on the application side. People here have not even heard of system programming.
Good for testers to join this company.
No onsite opportunity at all.
Just testing and bug fixing work is available.
You won't enhance your technical skills at Dell.
In the end, it's named as Dell India R&D center, and people see it as a big brand. But if you come here (especially developers) and work, then you will come to know this R&D is just for namesake. There is no development work, and research is too far.
