Technical. Technical. After speaking with HR, they told me they would call me for the managerial interview because the manager had left for the day, and it was already 5:00 p.m. What a horrible HR policy that they didn't call me. They are playing with job seekers' talent. It really doesn't matter to them; we were all waiting from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to clear all rounds. It truly doesn't matter to them. Horrible HR they are. I wasted my time that day. The interview rounds were very easy for me; I easily cracked them all. I also believe that if they had interviewed me for the managerial position, I would have definitely cracked that round too. But they did not call me. What kind of behavior is this, I really don't know.
