The overall interview process was so nice.
They asked a few technical questions related to our area of interest and project work mentioned in the resume.
This was followed by a programming task, where we had to solve the programming question given by the interviewer, explaining the logic.

Pros: Large, profitable company with good pay and benefits.
Internal support structures are pretty good.
Formal career development process and annual reviews – a pro if you are into that kind of thing.
Cons: Competitive, bureaucratic, and too much outsourcing.
Globally distributed teams mean your manager may not be in your own country, much less your building. Good luck developing a relationship in that scenario.
Layoffs are frequent, at least an annual event. They just like to cull the herd, I guess.
