The onsite interview consisted of four 1:1 interviews, one of which was with HR. Each interview was around 30 minutes long and covered both technical/problem-solving and behavioral questions.
The sessions were quite laid-back and informal, starting with some light chit-chat. This was followed by a discussion to understand the role's expectations and my previous experience with similar tasks.
The "Three Light Switches" riddle is one that can be answered on the spot with a bit of thinking. While it was a bit unexpected, it's a good way of testing problem-solving skills, in my opinion.
