Process
The interview process was extensive.
I interviewed three times: with a recruiter, manager, and the team.
My first and second interviews were over the phone, and my final interview was in person.
These were panel-style interviews, with each member providing scenarios or supplying the foundation for subsequent questions. The first two interviews lasted approximately 30 minutes each, with the final interview lasting slightly longer.
