Process
I went to a job fair and secured interviews with two teams. The interviews weren't particularly technical, focusing mostly on behavioral questions. I discussed my projects and was quizzed a little on my coding proficiency. I received an offer the following day.
This interview was for an internship, and from there, I was extended a return offer to stay on full-time after graduation.
