Process
The interview process was very slow. I waited for almost three hours for each round. The day was horrible, lasting from morning to night. After that, they also called me to come in on weekdays for subsequent days. Only four people were interviewed for that particular profile, yet it still took that much time.
Questions
The technical questions were not extensive; they asked general questions only for a software engineer profile with two years of experience.
They are hiring me as a contractor, and with that, they are asking, "How long will you work with us? We are looking for a reliable resource."
