You would not want to join the company after speaking with this specific HR representative. They make you feel as though they are doing you a huge favor by offering the same salary you are already earning.

Cons: Dell is composed of "orgs". Each ORG has its own budget to invest according to the programs that will be worked on during the year.
Some ORGs have a lot of money, facilitating employees' salary growth. However, other ORGs do not have the same opportunities. If you are going to work for an "underfunded" ORG, it is 150% certain that you will not have an appropriate salary increase, nor the same opportunities for travel, training, and certifications as "rich Orgs".
In summary, salary increases occur once a year. It is possible that during this period of increases, you will receive an increase that does not even surpass the year's inflation.
