Unprofessional and Rude Recruiter
A DELL recruiter emailed me for a phone interview.
Apparently, this individual hadn't read my resume before contacting me.
After the phone call connected, this individual stated he was reading my resume. Then, he claimed my experience didn't match the position.
He asked some questions:
- Why did you apply for this position?
- How can you pass the tech interview?
- Will you feel comfortable working at this position?
This individual interrupted me several times while I was answering his questions.
After learning I have a pending offer from another company, he ended the conversation without giving me a chance to ask questions.

Do you have coding experience in frontend, backend, or full stack?
