The process involved three stages:

• One with HR.
• One with the project manager.
• One with the lead developer from the US.

I passed all three stages and answered almost all questions in the technical interview, even receiving positive feedback. After that, it took three weeks for them to give me a negative response without any feedback. I found this experience extremely rude and disrespectful.
