Process
The interview process involved normal questions, but it was a lengthy process. Interviews were taken two to three in a day, including three technical rounds and then an HR interview. It's a little tiring, so keep that in mind before you sit down. Take a bottle of water with you the whole time; trust me, you will need it.

Pros: Just like any other IT company, but with a nice culture. It's a small group, leading to more recognition and good bonding in a few teams. There are also decent hikes.
Tons of learning, very much aligned with what you learn in CCNA.
Cons: Dell's acquisition made many changes for the worse; many perks were lost. Recruitment is looking for more experienced personnel in this domain.

Pros: Diligent coworkers, an organized workforce, and good work-life balance.
Cons: I can't say anything bad except cheap management (not enough time spent on engaging employees).
