The interview process was good, and the interviewer was very knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the tech stack I applied for. The managerial discussion was also quite good, with friendly managers.

Pros: Good work environment.
Extendible leave after maternity leave, like a few weeks of unpaid leave. Can also apply remaining yearly leaves.
Cons: You may have to work with teams spanning across the US, China, and Israel, which may require you to attend meetings and work after IST as well.
The yearly hike is reducing every year, whereas the base salary to get promoted to the next level is revised every year. This makes it almost impossible to get promoted.
