Process
Initially, I was invited to participate in the selection process very cordially. The selection process involved the following steps:
- Interview with the Tech Recruiter;
- Technical test completion;
- Interview with the team.
After a long process, which lasted almost a month, and a feedback wait of almost two weeks, I contacted HR to find out if Dell would continue with the process. I expected more coherent and constructive feedback from the company; I found the experience disappointing.

Stability ends up being a talent retention problem, as many bad professionals end up staying in their positions and hindering overall productivity. Now they are forcing hybrid work and killing remote work by implementing policies for 'no promotion' for those who remain remote and other tradeoffs they imposed.
