Pros: Solid work environment, great cafeteria, good cafe, great benefits, and nice people.
Free bus for commuting. Oven Campus is really nice, and there are occasional events out there, like a soccer tournament.
Cons: A lot of the staff in ovens work on largely different areas, so you may find yourself working primarily with people in the US.
