First phone call interview, then an onsite interview. I got referred by my friend. Everything is good except for the unprofessional recruiter.
I got no response, even after I sent several emails to ask. I feel pretty bad.

Pros: I don't see any best reasons.
Cons: Actually, I am an EMC employee. After Dell acquired EMC, the legacy of EMC is gone, and this is no longer a product company. I feel the leadership's mindset is to only save money to pay its debts.
