I was approached by a talent acquisition supervisor via phone regarding a Software Engineering Manager vacancy for the Cairo Live Optics team. I sent my updated CV as a result and was shortly contacted for a brief screening call.

A phone interview was then scheduled with the hiring manager. This was followed by an on-site presentation with the hiring manager and several other engineering managers from Cairo and Ireland, and concluded with a short face-to-face HR interview.

It was a very professional experience that reflected true multinational standards. It was well worth the effort.

Communication was handled effectively throughout the process. The outcome was communicated properly via email within 1-2 weeks.
