Pros: One of the greatest things in this line of work is being able to go home at the end of the day and not worry about what is going to occur while I am not there. In my past employment, I worried about what was happening and was often called in on off-time.
Cons: Dell is fairly competitive in pay, but likely not the highest in the market. However, pay is only half of the equation; one must also consider Quality of Life, which, in my estimation, is great at Dell.

Pros: There are many opportunities for growth in various areas.
It offers balance and flexibility between work and social life.
Collaboration among team members is very efficient.
As an Intern, you already work with complex and critical business processes.
Training is excellent and covers modern concepts in the IT field, etc.
Cons: The intern onboarding process can still be improved to ensure greater program efficiency.
