Positive balance

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Salary above the market average. Flexible hours.

Cons: There is no job and salary plan; each salary is negotiated individually, which can contribute to large salary imbalances between members of the same team. Little career mobility once the senior engineer position is reached. Either you hope the dev lead leaves, or you need to jump to another company.
