Pros: The company has good work-life balance. Most people are friendly and nice.
Cons: I felt that once Dell acquired Perot Systems, we all lived with the uncertainty of whether we would have jobs the following day.
In the last account I was in, the uncertainty was off the charts. It made for a very stressful environment, especially when people that actually did do work were laid off, and others that did nothing but play computer games all day were not.

Pros: Some of the people at work were OK.
Cons: The company doesn't care about the employees.
Management is all offshore, so the employee doesn't get any support.
You only get dumped on.
When someone leaves, the person doesn't get replaced; your workload grows.
There is no advancement, raises are very small, and only more and more work gets dumped on you.
