Pros: Great products. Acquisitions keep things interesting. Great people all over the world. Top-shelf office productivity tools to do the work.
Cons: More about dollars than relationships. Management I worked for did not care about our goals. Management does not realize that we are in a new generation of relationship-building methodologies.
