Pros: People and access to hardware are awesome. Environment and conditions are great.

Cons: Management is out of touch with the industry. New ideas are never able to come to fruition because they will languish in a "confederacy of dunces" for months. They claim to be a "new startup," but couldn't be farther from the truth. The very idea is a perfect example of the disconnect. They seem happy as clams to ship more and more jobs overseas. Quality is becoming an afterthought.
