Pros
  1. Plenty of learning opportunities.
  2. Many clients nationwide and also abroad.
  3. Good health and 401K benefits.
Cons
  1. Management does not care about the welfare of employees. They would ask you to work for three companies at the same time if it works for them. Burn-out is common for their most productive employees, as they seek to maximize revenue from them.

  2. On the same note, management has little faith in its technical consultants. They would not hesitate to put them in most difficult situations in front of the client if it suits them.

  3. Promotions are quite arbitrary; seniority and contributions are less important than who knows and likes whom.

  4. Management changes every year.

Advice to Management

Recruit managers who have a technical background.
