Four detailed interviews, including a panel. HR conducts interviews first, followed by direct reports and the team via phone. Senior management interviews are last. No tests or similar assessments are involved. Nothing else to add to the process.

Stay away. They just waste your time, even if you do good. I was rejected after a technical interview, then asked to go for another interview, and was then rejected twice. They just seem clueless.

Structured well – focused on my experience and any gaps in my knowledge weren't a problem. I met with the VP, the hiring manager, peers, and a mentor at different stages. Each provided different insights and asked different layers of questions.
