Very nice to work for. Given lots of support. A lot of benefits, including great health insurance and life insurance.
Large company, so not easy to gain prominence within the company. Also, almost impossible to receive a raise. The benefits outweigh a lot of the prospects of a raise.
Give a raise after a set number of years of service.
