Very straightforward, you get paid based on how big your responsibility is.
- Follow all the laws.
- Make sure employees have a good work-life balance.
- Salary compatible with the current market.
It's a little bit hard to earn a promotion in your current spot. You basically have to apply to spots in other organizations inside the company, or hope you can get a promotion after you move, but that can take more than 3 years.
Value employees' life experience and adapt it within the organization based on their strongest aspects.
