The best reason to work at Dell Technologies is the work-life balance environment. We will be getting balanced time between work and our personal life, which won't be possible in most IT sectors. But here at Dell Technologies, it's a completely different story.
Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great the way it is.
Employees working under an employment visa are not eligible for provident fund to be credited into KWSP in Malaysia. This could be considered by management as it will be helpful for other employees.
