No need to work hard. It's enough to prepare nice PowerPoint slides.
Expect to be treated like a commodity. A project is late? We'll move 500 people from another project. Cafeteria food is terrible? We'll cut all the hot food options to save a few bucks. Haven't saved enough? Let's take their coffee and tea as well. But hey, everyone is happy since the eNPS score is 50% higher, all the projects are on time in the PowerPoint slides, and everyone loves Michael.
Your eNPS is a joke. First, you make it known that any team with a low score will be punished. Then, you run your satisfaction survey and celebrate the high scores. This is total BS.
Projects and products are not measured based on their value, sales, profit margins, or anything related to business decisions. They're solely measured based on the power of the VP in charge. Great products are shut down, while terrible, science-experiment-gone-horribly-wrong ones get funded through the roof. If you're too dumb to figure it out, hire outside consultants.
Take away the tea bags in order to save money? Seriously? How many tea bags do you need to save in order for Michael Dell to buy his 8th house?
