Great people. Awesome engineering staff. Some of the brightest minds I've ever worked with.
Compensation is great, and there's a decent work-life balance, depending on who you work for.
Upper management is scared to death to make a mistake. Meetings are overwhelming, and often times decisions are reversed and then reversed again.
It's okay to make mistakes and move in a direction. If we find out that direction is wrong, we can change direction. The lack of decision is a decision.
