The insurance used to be just bad...
Insurance is no longer health insurance.
It is a savings plan so you can pay for your own medical expenses on your own. Everything is covered at 0% until you hit the deductible, which is in the $5000-$6000 range.
It is disaster insurance, not medical insurance. It is a joke.
They are decreasing our pay every year because they decrease what is covered and increase the price to have it.
Stop treating your employees like they are morons.
