Dell has a variety of compelling products. The computer industry is a dynamic and changing industry. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
Most of the engineering is outsourced, so if you are an engineer that prefers a hands-on job, you will not find that kind of work at Dell.
You will instead be managing vendors.
Training opportunities need to improve. The overall culture is a bit stagnant, not as innovative as other tech companies.
