The pay and benefits were pretty good, and work hours and days were pretty flexible. But I value my sanity too much to ever go back.
Constant reorganization. Constant rumors of more layoffs on the way. Stabs to the back by co-workers fearful of losing their job. Extreme lack of innovation. Ethics . . . OMG, there are NONE. Dell is a company in decline. I'm gone and I would never, ever go back.
I wouldn't know where to begin. Dell needs ethics. They need to be redone from top to bottom. Get rid of the constant chaos so that your best employees want to stay.
