The virtual call was chill. I sat down and spoke with a recruiter about non-technical questions regarding past experiences and projects. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable conversation. Be prepared to speak on past experiences.

The interview process was informal, with limited technical information needed. Interpersonal skills were the primary focus. Product development and systems experience were not explored as much as one might have expected.

I received an email from the recruiter more than 30 days later to set up a phone call with a Director. The Director then called me 10 minutes late. While talking, he was quite unclear, stating he was in the car, driving, which was why. Upon reaching
