Excellent community, with an open atmosphere. The company is reshaping itself. There is a lot of room for upward movement, and it is clear that Dell will be a part of the future of technology.
The corporation is incredibly large, so you might get lost in the masses. Also, experience and help are available to you; sometimes you just have to go out and get it yourself. They aren't going to hold your hand.
