What was very smooth. Well communicated with the teams. I had 5 interviews with the same and different people. It was a long process, but I got to know more and more about the company and the role, so it was not too bad.
The only hard thing was once you got hired, you received lots of information all at once. Trying to make sense of it all was a little challenging during these COVID times.
The only thing I can say is maybe make onboarding a little smoother by making sure everyone knows if they're working remote or on campus.
Pretty easy 1 DSA question. That's all. LeetCode medium and very internal details about databases in general. Previous company questions and architecture details about company software. Pretty easy managerial round.
The interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind. The process was easy to set up, and she was very informed and able to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed being able to have the supportive environment.
Focuses on your past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how you handle specific situations. Questions go deeper into your skills, cultural fit, and how you would approach challenges specific to the role or company.
