I love working at Dell!
I have worked for Dell for 11 months as a contractor and 3 months as a FTE. My experience was great as a contractor and even better now that I have converted.
The benefits are great, the salary is competitive, and the work-life balance is great. I enjoy my teammates and leadership.
At this time, I do not have any cons.

Lab Support Principal Engineer
This is a three to four stage interview process. You will be interviewed by HR, by the Hiring Manager, and can have one to two Team Panels. There is also the possibility of a presentation, but that did not happen.
Principal Software Engineer
One cultural interview, really pretty standard behavioral stuff, like how you handle adversity. The technical interview was more interesting with actual practical programming exercises. Lots of forms to fill out.
Computer Engineer
On-campus placement: The process was not very good. I got my chance at the very end, when most vacancies were already filled. It was also based on luck.
