People talk in Tamil in official meetings even when told a few times specifically that there are people in the room who don't understand it.
Make only English mandatory for meetings with people who don't know Tamil. Again, I saw 90% Tamils too having this sense to use English, but some people don't know what pride them feel to speak in Tamil in an official meeting when some fellows don't understand that. They know English very well, as 15+ years of experience.
